Payment Processing

A payment gateway is an integral part of any online financial service, facilitating the secure and efficient processing of transactions. For Finc360, which specializes in AI-powered trading in stocks, forex, and commodities, the payment gateway manages both deposits and withdrawals, incorporating advanced features such as currency conversion and multiple bank accounts.

How Payment Gateways Work

Initiation of Payment: When a customer decides to add funds to their Finc360 account, they initiate a payment by selecting from available options like credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or digital wallets. The customer provides the necessary payment details through a secure interface.

Data EncryptionThe payment gateway encrypts the customer’s payment information using robust encryption protocols (e.g., TLS/SSL). This ensures that sensitive data, such as credit card numbers and personal details, are protected during transmission.

Authorization RequestThe encrypted payment details are sent to the payment processor or acquiring bank, which forwards the authorization request to the customer’s bank or payment provider for validation.

Bank AuthorizationThe customer’s bank verifies the transaction by checking account balance, validating payment details, and assessing for fraud. The bank’s response—whether approving or declining the transaction—is sent back to the payment processor.

Completion of TransactionThe payment processor communicates the authorization status to the payment gateway, which then updates the Finc360 platform. If approved, the user’s account balance is updated accordingly. If declined, the user is notified and may need to try a different payment method.

Settlement and ReportingFor approved transactions, funds are transferred to Finc360’s merchant account, and transaction reports are generated for reconciliation and accounting.

Handling Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits

Country-Specific Payment OptionsDuring the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, users specify their country of residence. Based on this information, Finc360 presents payment options tailored to the user’s region, such as credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or local payment methods.

Multiple Bank AccountsFor deposits from non-US countries, Finc360 utilizes multiple bank accounts to receive payments. This approach ensures that users can make deposits in their local currencies, reducing conversion fees and processing times.

Currency ConversionOnce a deposit is received, the amount is sent to a designated Forex company. The Forex company converts the deposited amount into USD (United States Dollar) at the current exchange rate. The converted funds are then transferred to the user’s Finc360 wallet, reflecting the equivalent amount in USD.

Withdrawals

Initiation of WithdrawalWhen a user requests a withdrawal, they select their preferred method from available options, such as bank transfers, digital wallets, or other withdrawal methods supported by Finc360.

Currency ConversionFor withdrawals to non-US bank accounts, Finc360 first converts the withdrawal amount from USD to the user’s local currency. This conversion is performed at prevailing exchange rates through our Forex partner.

Processing the WithdrawalAfter currency conversion, the converted amount is transferred to the appropriate local bank account or payment method specified by the user. Finc360 uses multiple bank accounts to facilitate smooth and timely transfers based on the user’s country of residence.

Confirmation and ReportingOnce the withdrawal is processed, the user receives a confirmation notification. Finc360 also generates transaction reports for accounting purposes and to ensure accurate record-keeping.

Compliance and Security

Finc360 ensures that all payment and withdrawal processes comply with relevant financial regulations and industry standards. The platform employs rigorous security measures to protect user data and prevent fraudulent activities. Payment gateways used are PCI-DSS compliant, guaranteeing that all transactions adhere to global security protocols.
